Partner Alan Knowsley will be chairing the Lexis Nexis Education Law Conference to be held in Auckland in June. Alan is the President and a Director of the Australia New Zealand Education Law Association. He also acts for a number of Education providers and the NZ School Trustees Association.

Topics to be covered at the conference include student and staff discipline, Board powers, Drug testing, Teachers Council, Cyber bullying, Family Law in Schools, Social Networking sites, Exclusion/Expulsion, School Fees, Disabled Children’s Rights and Privacy.
