Full Time Admin Support Role

Due to increased workloads we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our legal firm to provide administration and secretarial support.  This will include legal secretarial duties including preparation and typing of Court documents, client correspondence, billing, client enquiries, admin support for lawyers and legal executives.  The role also covers admin support for our Office Administration functions.  These functions will include website updating, mail outs, scanning, saving and storing documentation in both electronic and physical files and other general office support duties.
