Our Business and Personal Services Team has a full-time Senior Solicitor position available.

We are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in a broad range of areas including commercial, business, and property, to provide expert advice to the firm’s diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of advising businesses in respect of their legal needs, and particularly with entity formation, business structures, joint ventures, limited partnerships, mergers, contracting, sale and purchase of businesses, and leasing. 

A full-time position is available, but we always consider appointing new team members to a part time/flexible role if desired by the right candidate.
