Office Assistant - Social Media/Electronic Communications

We are looking to hire someone to administer our social media and electronic communications areas. 

The job tasks will include managing our social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, Website content loading, SEO, and liaising with our external website and Google Ads  providers, plus organising the logistics for webinars, Zoom conference calls, seminars, e-bulletins, client surveys and general office administration and support.

The position is up to a full-time role, but we are very flexible in work arrangements and can accommodate a candidate wanting to work in either an agile environment or a more office-based position. This can be either full-time or part-time to suit.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated their experience and aptitude in the social media and electronic communications areas, preferably in a professional environment, as well as in liaising with suppliers, and will be well-organised and have excellent people skills.

Senior Legal Executive – Rainey Collins, Wellington

We are looking for a Registered Legal Executive with at least 8 years’ experience to join our busy team.

You will be providing a broad range of services to our clients, including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, leasing, and commercial advice.  Expertise in Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Wills would be an advantage.

If you are a self-starter who:

  • Has completed the New Zealand Law Society Legal Executive Qualification and preferably is a Fellow of the NZILE;

We are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 4-5 years post admission experience in the business and commercial area including experience drafting and advising on contracts, terms of trade, shareholders agreements, structuring, constitutions and advising not-for-profits on structuring, set up, interpretation and governance issues.  Experience in Property and Trusts would also be beneficial to be able to provide assistance to the firm’s diverse client base.
