Office Assistant

We are looking for a well-spoken, professionally presented and motivated person to take on the role of Office Assistant in our busy legal firm. 

Duties of our Office Assistant include relief reception, filing, deliveries, photocopying, scanning, kitchen ordering and cleaning, scone making, greeting and looking after clients, office presentation and other general office assistance as required.  The hours are from 8:30am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday.
