Buying a property for the first time can be daunting, and there is a lot of information to take in. In order to demystify the process and answer any burning questions you might have, we offer Free 30 Minute Property Consultations.
These consultations can be held by Teams, phone, or in person. They are an opportunity to discuss the general purchase process including withdrawal of your KiwiSaver/Superannuation funds, as well as providing some broad guidance about how to proceed with the purchase of a property.
Those who have owned property in another country but are buying a property in New Zealand for the first time and want advice about the process are welcome to take advantage of these consultations.
