The Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal has struck off a teacher for serious misconduct after the teacher failed to comply with conditions imposed following a previous hearing.

In 2015 the teacher engaged in serious misconduct.  At that time conditions were imposed requiring professional development, reflection, mentoring and advising the Teaching Council if she changed her employer.

The teacher breached all of those conditions.  The Tribunal found that the teacher’s disrespect for her obligations left them with no confidence that she could comply with any conditions on her practice.  The Tribunal therefore ordered a censure and cancellation of her right to teach.
