Teacher guilty of sexual assault on a child censured…
The Teacher’s Disciplinary Tribunal has censured a teacher found guilty of two sexual assaults on a child. If the teacher was still registered they would also have faced deregistration but the registration had already lapsed.
The Tribunal noted that they would be very surprised if any application for registration was considered favourably.
