The Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal was referred a teacher convicted of two convictions, one of which involved indecent exposure. The teacher had been intoxicated on both occasions.
The teacher voluntarily surrendered his practicing certificate. The deregistration was to ensure that the teacher received sufficient treatment before he attempted to return to the profession (if ever).
