  2. Bring in as much information as you can to your appointments, whether you think it is relevant or not.  It is better for us to have too much information, than to have too little.
  3. Quickly deal with any tasks that we give you so that we can progress matters efficiently, for example, getting more information.
  4. Ask questions if you are unclear of our advice.  If you do not say anything, we will assume that you understand everything and that it is all okay.
  5. Please advise us immediately of any changes to your expectations or wishes.
  6. Make sure you keep us up-to-date with your contact details, and advise whether it is best to contact you by telephone, post or email.
