Residential property investment seminar

Rainey Collins senior associate, Ronette Druskovich, will be speaking at an introductory seminar on residential property investing on 2 April 2011. The seminar is presented by Capital Property Investors Association and will by hosted by Harcourts Wellington on Vivian Street. Ronette will be explaining in plain english the legal structures for owning investment properties, demystifying the standard Agreement for Sale and Purchase, explaining property titles and the all important bank documents. The one day seminar covers everything from why to invest in property, financing, valuation, managing properties and more.
