Partner Alan Knowsley was recently interviewed by TV1 News on the legal action that might be able to be taken following the recently reported apparent discovery of a cover up by the company that produced Thalidomide. Alan commented on the effects of the drug on the victims and the potential for an action seeking more compensation. If there is a fraud covering up a defendant’s knowledge of the wrong doing that could extend the period that victims have to bring an action.
