Not for Profit Conference

Partner Alan Knowsley presented two workshops at the recent national Not for Profit Conference held in Wellington. About 140 delegates attended to discuss a large number of issues affecting the sector.

Alan’s workshops took attendees through the legal and HR aspects of a restructure including a step by step guide on what to do regarding consultation, time frames, redundancies, payments, transfer of liabilities for entitlements etc.
