Christmas and New Year Dates

The Agreement for Sale and Purchase is clear regarding dates that are considered working days.

The last day to settle in 2015 is Wednesday 23 December 2015
The first date to settle in 2016 is Wednesday 6 January 2016

We hope this is helpful. Please remember the days between the above dates are not "working days" when writing Further Terms of Sale, so conditions cannot be confirmed on these dates either.

Please also note that at Rainey Collins we will be closed from 4:00pm on Wednesday 23 December 2015 and will reopen to assist with your legal needs from 8:30am on Wednesday 13 January 2016.
