100 Year Anniversary

Recently the firm celebrated its 100th year anniversary in business and to help celebrate a function was held for staff and other guests at Prefab Hall in Te Aro on 14 June. This event was one of a number held and planned for throughout the year to mark this significant milestone for the firm. In his welcome address Chairman of Partners Peter Johnston made a special note of thanks for all the support the firm has received over the years from clients, referrers and staff.  The firm was especially pleased to host Cyril Boock, a former partner of the firm, who started out as a law clerk with the firm at age 16 in 1944. Also of note was that the families of some of today's clients started out as clients in the 1920's and have continued with the firm over that time span. While celebrating the past, the firm is looking forward to continuing to serve the legal needs of the community to the highest standards as we head into the next 100 years.
