Guy Goodwin
A senior solicitor in our Business and Personal Legal Services Team, Guy provides clients with tailored advice across a range of legal fields including: contract, privacy, company constitutions, terms of trade, leases, tenancies, family trusts, wills, estates, succession, shareholders’ agreements as well as governance and procedural concerns of incorporated societies and charitable trusts. He can also assist with residential and commercial conveyancing.
Open and cordial, Guy takes a pragmatic approach in order to find solutions which meet clients’ varied needs.
Guy was born and raised in Christchurch, studying at the University of Canterbury to achieve his Law Degree while working in the customer service industry.
In his spare time Guy enjoys film, board games and Formula One as well as continuing his study of history and the German language. From a legal family, Guy’s father worked for decades as a solicitor in Canterbury while his brother now works as a solicitor in Japan.
