Rainey Collins Partner, Peter Johnston, recently hosted an evening with internationally acclaimed chef Mr Joe McLeod at an event held at KPR Event Management on Wellington’s waterfront. The evening included a cooking demonstration and brought together leaders of the Wellington Māori business community and members of Te Awe, Wellington’s Māori Business Network.

The event included a presentation by KPR Director Mr Paul Retimanu and demonstrations by his team of chefs.  The menu included an ensemble of culinary delights utilising the finest ingredients that New Zealand has to offer including paua, mutton bird, pikopiko, pork and seafood.
