The Teachers Disciplinary Tribunal has deregistered a teacher for repeated minor assaults on students.
The Tribunal may have considered that some form of anger management was appropriate instead of deregistration except that the teacher’s attitude was that she knew best, that she had done nothing wrong and she ignored repeated warnings that her behaviour was not appropriate.
