Te Tau Ihu Inquiry Nearing Completion
The hearings by the Waitangi Tribunal concerning the top of the South Island Te Tau Ihu Inquiry are nearing completion. All closing submissions have now been completed and final written replies by claimant counsel to the Crown submissions are to be filed with the Waitangi Tribunal by 19 April 2004.
Once filed the wait for the Tribunals Report will then commence.
