Rainey Collins Partner congratulates business leaders of tomorrow at Victoria Business School

Rainey Collins Partner and chair of Te Awe Wellington Maori Business Network Peter Johnston congratulated Victoria University for hosting an inaugural networking event which brought together Victoria University’s brightest talents and Wellington Maori business leaders.   

The aim of the event was to provide an opportunity for the business leaders of tomorrow to connect with some of the leading Maori business leaders of today.

In his opening address Peter made special acknowledgement to Professor Robert Buckle, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Dean of Commerce and Mr Paul Meredith, Po Hautu, Victoria Business School  for their support of this event.

It was an important event said Mr Johnston and hopefully the start of an ongoing and mutually beneficial relationship between the university and Wellington Maori businesses.
