Business – Peter Johnston Welcomes Generation Y Expert

Rainey Collins Partner Peter Johnston was delighted to welcome Mr Rutger Keijser, an expert on Generation Y (those born from 1977 to 1994), recently at a presentation to Te Awe Wellington Maori Business Network members and Maori businesses in Wellington. The presentation provided attendees with examples of how an understanding of Generation Y can assist business success and provided practical tips for those working with Generation Y.

The presentation also highlighted the need for businesses to maximize opportunities with their workforce and customers through engaging and connecting with Generation Y.
