In 2012 one teacher accused another of a sexual assault. The case has taken almost five years to reach an outcome after various applications to the Disciplinary Tribunal and Courts.
The teacher has been found guilty of the sexual assault and struck off. His defence that the other teacher assaulted him was not believed.
