The Disciplinary Tribunal has allowed a Principal to remain registered despite finding five charges of falsifying records, forging signatures on cheques, forging her renewal application for registration and conflicts of interest.

Conditions were imposed that the teacher must not be employed in a role with any financial responsibilities, must not have any leadership roles within a school and must advise future employees of the disciplinary findings.  All condition to be in place for five years.
