The Disciplinary Tribunal has imposed conditions on a former Principal after the teacher was convicted of being in an enclosed area and three convictions of lurking, loitering and peeping into a dwelling.

The teacher had suffered from mental health issues and became fixated on a member of his staff.  The offences resulted in psychological injuries to the victim that were long lasting.

The conditions imposed include proper management of the teacher’s health issues and advising any employer of his condition and the management of it and regular medical reports to the Education Council.
