Rainey Collins Chair of Partners Peter Johnston recently presented to CEO’s from around New Zealand regarding the success of the Maori economy and keys to future-proofing business.

His address was to the recent and popular Annual CEO Summit held in Auckland.

Peter focussed on opportunities for non-Maori businesses and organisations to do business with Maori, arising from the growing Maori economy, Maori land asset base, Treaty settlements and regional development.  His co-presenter was CEO of Maori Womens Development Inc Teresa Tepania-Ashton.  Teresa focused on the growth of the Maori economy and asset base, Maori world view and values and case studies of successful Maori businesses.

The Legal Forum was well attended by over 180 representatives from various businesses and organisations.
