An employee brought a claim to the Employment Relations Authority (ERA) for unpaid holiday pay.  The Employer’s response was that the employment agreement signed by the employee accepted that they had no right to holiday pay.

The ERA had no trouble finding that holiday pay was owed and that no agreement could lawfully remove an employee’s right to holiday pay.
