Claire Tyler and Laurie Pallett recently presented a webinar for the New Zealand Law Society advising on the current issues arising for those involved in the process of selling or purchasing an apartment(s). During the webinar, Claire and Laurie provided expert guidance around the legal issues involved when buying and/or selling apartments, as well as highlighting special considerations when buying company-share apartments.
