Exciting news - merger with Stephens Lawyers
We are excited to announce that as of 4 August 2025 we have merged with Wellington boutique legal firm, Stephens Lawyers (incorporating Susan D’Ath Law).
The name of the merged firm is Rainey Collins.
Those who have joined the Rainey Collins team are:
Michael Stephens (Partner) – Michael works in the commercial, private client, film & entertainment, and not for profit areas for clients across the country and internationally.
Alan Henwood (Consultant) – Alan has worked extensively in the tenancy and unit titles area and is a previous Tenancy Tribunal (for unit titles) adjudicator. He also has a wealth of construction, trust, statutory land, general practice, and commercial law expertise.
Susan D’Ath (Consultant) – Susan works in the private client area, in particular property, trusts, Wills and estates.
Michelle Quek (Senior Associate) – Michelle works in the private client, property, and relationship property areas.
Dinah Walsh (Office Administrator) – Dinah will assist with office administration and on estate and other client matters.
The depth of experience created by bringing together Stephens Lawyers and Rainey Collins will provide additional value and benefits to ensure the success of our mutual clients.
