A pharmacist has had conditions imposed on his practice for two years by the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal after he failed to complete re-certification requirements and to complete competency programmes.  The Tribunal found that his failures amounted to professional misconduct.

Two years of supervision include reporting to the Council by the supervisor on a regular basis and the undertaking of an ethics course.  The practitioner was also fined by the Tribunal $3,000.
