The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal has imposed conditions on a psychiatrist following finding him guilty of dishonest and unethical behaviour towards patients, unprofessional behaviour towards colleagues and keeping inadequate notes.

The conditions imposed include training in patient communication, training in interactions with colleagues and training on professional ethics.  The doctor is also restricted in who he can supervise for a period of three years.  Any such supervision must itself be supervised.
