Upcoming free webinar on 19 May: Estate Challenges: What can you do if you are unhappy with what is in a Will?

Are you concerned about whether your Will could be challenged?  Do you feel you have been treated unfairly in someone else’s Will?

Family Lawyer, Shaun Cousins, is holding a free webinar to discuss how and why a Will can be challenged after someone’s passing and to answer your questions.

The goal is to provide an overview of estate challenges, including:

  • On what grounds can a Will can be challenged?;
  • What needs to be shown to challenge a Will?;
  • What outcomes can be expected in a successful challenge?; and
  • Practical implications of challenging an estate.

There will also be an open forum to answer any questions you might have about challenging a Will.
