I was referred to Claire Tyler by a reputable retired lawyer and engaged Rainey Collins to act to resolve a significant problem with a Body Corporate. This resulted in an application to the High Court for the appointment of an Administrator to operate the Body Corporate.

During this time that I worked alongside Claire I found her to be professional, steadfast and dutiful. She was open to matters I raised and then produced documents to a high standard for execution to the High Court. Through difficult times she was supportive toward me and at the same time remained focused with a firm stance.

Alan Knowsley was my litigation lawyer and with him producing high quality submissions and representing me in the High Court was incredibly effective resulting in a very successful outcome. A further claim to the Court for recovery on legal costs was also hugely successful that far exceeded my expectations.
