Privacy Act 2020

The new Privacy Act 2020 came into force on 1 December 2020, replacing the Privacy Act 1993.

Now more than ever, it is essential for businesses and organisations that collect, hold, and use personal information to make sure they comply with their obligations under the new Act.

At Rainey Collins we have a specialist team with expert knowledge of Privacy law.

Under the categories to the left we have a range of articles covering key privacy issues and each of the 13 privacy principles.
