Susan D'Ath

Susan is a Consultant in our Business, Property & Personal Legal Services Team.

She concentrates on providing her personal attention to legal matters.  Susan has extensive experience in:

• Wills and Power of Attorney documents
• Setting up and maintaining family trusts
• Obtaining probate of a Will or dealing with an intestate estate
• Estate administration, getting the estate distributed and finalised as quickly as possible
• Relationship property advice and drawing up relationship property agreements
• Protecting clients’ interests in the sale, purchase, and refinancing of real estate

 Susan served a five-year term as the Chair of a Complaints Assessment Committee for the Real Estate Authority, and is currently the lay member of Complaints Assessment Committee 1 for the Veterinary Council of New Zealand.

• LLB - Victoria University
• LLM - Victoria University
• Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand
• Member of the New Zealand Law Society
• Member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society
