Rainey Collins Lawyer Michelle Buckley

Michelle is a Registered Legal Executive with the Property and Personal Legal Services Team, specialising in the Sale and Purchase of Property, Estates, Family Trusts, Wills, and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

With over 10 years’ experience, Michelle has previously worked at Trustees Executors Ltd and Public Trust, and is a fully qualified Legal Executive and Fellow member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.

Michelle is particularly interested in helping first home buyers and guiding them through the home buying process, during what can be an overwhelming and stressful time of their lives.

Michelle also enjoys assisting Executors of estates through the estate administration process.  She helps guide the Executors through their options, and make the paperwork easier for them to understand, and also has significant experience with complex estate matters such as Applications for Letters of Administration and re-seals of overseas Grants of Probate.

Michelle offers her clients confidence in every matter they are involved with, and prides herself on being able to support her clients with sound legal advice and efficient and friendly service throughout their transaction.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, when not with her family you will find Michelle running, mountain biking, reading, or socialising with her friends.
