Lindsey Smith (nee Mills) is a Senior Registered Legal Executive in the Firm’s Personal and Property Legal Services team and has a senior leadership role in the property team.  

Lindsey has extensive experience with expertise in a range of areas particularly residential property and commercial transactions, wills, estates, powers of attorney, trusts, and subdivisions (including correcting cross leases).  She has advised clients from first home buyers through to property developers and multi-party Treaty of Waitangi property settlements between Iwi and the Crown.

Lindsey is an active member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives with roles on both the National Council and the local Wellington Branch.  Lindsey lives in Petone with her family and outside of work can usually be found on the sideline of a football pitch or cricket field.
