Elsa Xiao

Elsa is a solicitor in our Dispute Resolution and Litigation Team, with a focus on Family law, Employment law, Trusts related Law, and Civil Litigation.

Before moving to New Zealand, Elsa spent seven years working in the District Court in China, where she involved in civil litigation, administrative litigation and enforcement.

Elsa is committed to delivering practical and effective legal solutions. She is approachable and passionate about achieving the best outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Elsa enjoys travelling, discovering local coffee spots and walking in nature. She also values quality time with family and friends.
