Rainey Collins Lawyers have announced the launch of their new “Free 20 minute property consultation” initiative.

The free consultations are recommended for those considering buying or selling a property who would like to have a relaxed chat with a lawyer about what to do next.

“Buying or selling a house is a big step, and for many is the biggest financial transaction of their life. It can also be a nerve wracking experience”, says property lawyer Ronette Druskovich.

“The consultations are designed to help those who are unfamiliar with the process, which can be quite daunting”, says another member of the Rainey Collins Property team, lawyer Claire Coe.

Rainey Collins is located centrally in Wellington’s Vodafone on the Quay building and above Astoria Café, so the consultations will allow busy people to drop in at a time that suits them to discuss what they will need to know, and be given helpful tips and pointers in going forward.

The consults are genuinely free, Mills makes it clear that there isn’t any “catch”. According to Mills, “People need to know that they are being well looked after and can trust the person handling their affairs. People need to know that when they call their lawyers they will get a prompt “Plain Language” response, and that they can ask the seemingly simple questions”.
