We advise Iwi and corporate clients in relation to Fisheries issues. This includes leasing and sub-leasing arrangements, liaison with the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission (Te Ohu Kai Moana), Ministry of Fisheries and advice in relation to joint ventures.
We also advise Maori organisations regarding the achievement of mandated Iwi organisations (MIO) status with Te Ohu Kai Moana.
