Laurie is an Associate and Senior Registered Legal Executive with the Property & Personal Legal Services Team, and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.

She has over 15 years of experience providing clients with comprehensive advice about residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, enduring powers of attorney, trusts, and estate administration.

Laurie has significant experience dealing with complex property sale and purchase transactions, including in relation to both unit titled and company share apartments. She has also advised many bodies corporate and company share apartment Boards about governance, constitutions and rules, licences to occupy, and other challenging scenarios.

Laurie’s advice is clear, confident, and consistent. She provides clients with timely, practical advice to best suit their circumstances.

Outside of work Laurie enjoys spending time with her young family and friends.
