Campbell Duncan

Campbell joined Rainey Collins in February 2003 after working as a solicitor in Auckland. Previously, he was employed at the Waitangi Tribunal as a report writer and researcher assisting the Tribunal with the completion of a number of reports including the Taranaki Report and The Muriwhenua Lands Report.

Campbell is an Associate of the firm and he predominately practises in the areas of Treaty of Waitangi claims and Maori Land matters. He has appeared in the High Court, District Court, Maori Land Court and Waitangi Tribunal.

Campbell has a particular interest in public law and the policy process.
